We have gathered many, although not all of our employees who are spread all over the southeastern Louisiana and present them to you.  This fine group of professionals remain committed to excellence and professionalism.

Our Management team led by Todd Trosclair, Sr., is made up of a number of talented, experienced and dedicated professionals.

Mr. Todd Trosclair, Sr. has been in the electrical industry for over 35 years. He co-founded All Star Electric in 2003. With his unique ability to develop strong customer relations, Mr. Trosclair has built a company with an ironclad reputation, a strong dedication to customer service, a constant focus on safety and an undeniable commitment to local communities, and most of all, a loyal and supportive team. His business acumen and consultation is an important driving force for All Star Electric.

Harold Boydston

Mr. Boydston has been a part of All Star Electric since 2003.  As President, Harold is integral in everyday operations, as well as managing the Civil Division.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of construction, and currently holds electrical as well as mechanical licenses in Louisiana and other near-by states.

Jeremy Martin

Paul Murray, Todd Desselles and Jeremy Martin each hold the title of Vice President of Operations. These talented, key management professionals represent over 75 years of practical experience in the electrical field. Paul and Todd joined All Star in 2003 and were significantly instrumental in the successful and unprecedented recovery activities that dominated the electrical construction field following the 2005 catastrophe, Hurricane Katrina. Jeremy joined All Star in 2013 and provided the company with the expertise and experience necessary to assist All Star in making the leap into a new phase of growth and technological advancements that are occurring at the current time.

The unique management team that Todd, Paul and Jeremy has established is providing All Star Electric, Inc. with growth resources and expertise that are complimenting the the balance of the entire management team and providing significant positive effect in the advancement of All Star Electric, Inc. now and will continue to do so in the future.

Guy Lasserre
Guy LasserreDesign Build Director/Sr. Estimator

Mr. Lasserre is tenured with All Star Electric since 2007 and gives over 12 years of electrical construction experience within the estimating department. His experience lends itself to work with developers and general contractors in design build and design assist projects.

This includes ongoing estimating and budget reviews to bring these projects from conceptual design to construction. He also offers his knowledge in training new estimators within our organization.

Guy is a Southeastern Louisiana State University graduate with Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Advertising.

As an auxiliary function to the All Star Electric team, he also facilitates and forecasts the IT needs for day to day operations to keep us on the forefront of technology.

Steve Montz
Steve MontzChief Estimator

Mr. Montz has been employed with All Star Electric since 2003. He began as a senior estimator before being promoted to Chief Estimator. He oversees all aspects of the Estimating Department as well as the Design/Build Division. Steve is instrumental in developing relationships with possible new clients as well as existing clients.

With Steve’s business background he also assists with daily office operations.

Connie Boudreaux

Mrs. Boudreaux, with over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry and 5 years’ experience with a CPA firm, has served in the capacity of Controller at All Star since the company’s founding in 2003. Connie is responsible for directing the company’s accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices and procedures.

Of the many varied tasks Connie performs as Controller, her favorite is the on-going financial analysis performed regularly in her job-cost review participation. While the reviews are a collaborative activity, Connie regularly contributes in the areas of labor, material and other costs. Her dedication to the company and her love for the work the company does is the basis for the strong dedication Connie has for All Star Electric, Inc.

In addition to her role as Controller, Connie’s role as mother and grandmother are high on her priority list! Connie is totally dedicated to her family including her 7 grandchildren.

Todd McDonald
Todd McDonaldH.R. Director

Mr. McDonald joined All Star Electric, Inc. in 2005 and assumed the duties of Office Manager of the Civil and Service Divisions.  After nine years of performing these duties, Todd moved to the All Star Corporate offices and assumed the role of Payroll Supervisor.  In 2017 he joined the HR Department and assumed the duties of HR Director in 2018.

Lance Chetta
Lance ChettaSafety Director

Prior to his joining the team at Allstar Electric, Inc., Mr. Lance Chetta served as a military police officer in the U.S. Army. After eight years of military service he continued his career in civilian law enforcement. Beginning in 2008, Lance charted a course in the safety industry.

Earning accreditation as a Certified Safety and Health Official from Texas A&M University, Lance is a highly competent and committed safety and security professional.  Mr. Chetta has a demonstrated commitment to the development of safety and health in both the plant and construction fields.
