All Star Electric, Inc. is commited to educating it’s employees with top-quality training. Our home office in LaPlace, Louisiana houses a 800 square foot training facility where our NCCER Certified Craft Instructors teach nightly classes. We strive to hire the best and then enhance their skills as they grow with our company. Our education program is affiliated with Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) which enables us to maintain industry standards as the future brings new technology to the world of construction.
Our company also offers a variety of specialized training programs and certification opportunites when necessary. Some of those programs include: On-Job Training Programs (OJT), CPR certification classes, a variety of OSHA certification courses, and our own “Electrical Boot Camp.” Our Boot Camp program involves a one or two day crash course on basic installation procedures – conduit bending, etc. – for “green helpers.” As our team grows, we dedicate ourselves to ensuring that All Star Electric, Inc delivers quality services by continuing to educate our team and keeping our expectations high.
